Get Started: Small Business Banking
Client: Organic, Inc.
This microsite for Bank of America’s small business products was the first project I worked on that was envisioned by the client to behave as a Flash movie; however be built using DOM Scripting and be fully ADA compliant. Using Prototype and script.aculo.us (my favorite JavaScript libraries), I was able to easily create the section fade-in/outs. The opening and closing content modules were a little trickier due to the way they reposition themselves when they’re clicked, but I figured it out and got it working smoothly. It appears to be pretty basic compared to what I can do now, however at the time it was a giant leap forward for me creatively and was a lot of fun to work on.
