MuchMusic Concert Listings
Client: Indusblue
This is the first project I received through Lunch, and it presented a number of challenges that were a lot of fun to work though. Indusblue provided me with a version of the concert’s landing page that was built almost completely with tables, so I ripped apart the XHTML and built it to semantic standards. Indusblue likes to use jQuery as their DHTML framework, so I built the landing page’s “main story slider/selector” module at the top left area without needing to resort to any jQuery plug-ins; which I prefer not to use if I can help it. The project’s content is provided by online social networking giants Twitter, Flickr and YouTube, as well as urMusic and MuchMusic of course.
